Conference Overview

Shifting the Paradigm: ePortfolio, Learning and Change will explore the role of ePortfolio in a new higher education environment. Web 2.0 technologies and new cognitive research suggest the transformative potential of an emerging educational paradigm focused on student learning. The Making Connections Mini Conference offers insights from ePortfolio practitioners on the leading edge of change on a dozen campuses, from CUNY’s LaGuardia and Bronx Community Colleges to St. John’s and Rutgers Universities. Sessions will explore integrative pedagogy, holistic assessment, and the implications of ePortfolio as a catalyst for institutional change.
