A goal for educators is to develop their students’ abilities to connect their classroom learning experiences and knowledge to their academic, professional, community, and personal lives.   This track will explore the uses of eportfolios for integrative learning, assessment, and career purposes.

Join other educators to discuss the best practices used to enhance teaching online/blended classes.  Discover and discuss emerging technologies and virtual learning environments shaping the future of education.  Are you ready? Join other faculty in discussing ways to improve and enhance teaching skills. This track is ideal for new educators who want to discuss fundamental pedagogical techniques and the challenges today’s faculty face in higher education.

Make the Learning Authentic - Engaging Students through Experience
Experiential learning is recognized as a dynamic way to engage students in learning and help them connect their classroom activities with real world experiences.  When connections can be made between what is learned in the classroom and what is experienced in real life, the learning becomes authentic.   This track will emphasize the current state-of-the-art practices, program design, and learning outcomes in experiential learning.
